Final Pitching
Preparation of Presentation
A day prior to the presentation of our Business Canvas, me and one of my group members finalized the presentation needed for the occasion. After finishing the presentation, we agreed that I would be the one to act as the spoke person for the team due to my skills in conversing in English and also as they have described, my energetic charisma as a leader.
The Day of the Presentation
With the other teams presenting before our turn, I had taken into account on what kind of mistakes our presentation had and promptly changed it to the best of my ability with the help of my members while also helping with a person in another team who was nervous in presenting their work. With the help of my team members, we were able to create a finalized work the moment it was our turn to present.
As I went in front of the panelist, I at first was scared but I had experienced this feeling many times in the past which is why I quickly shook off that nervousness and showcased a straightforward and charismatic presentation as I signaled my members with a flick of my fingers when it was time to change the slides.
I presented the idea of having a rental bike system within the school that uses a point to point based price and each point would have different prices depending on the price and by using a QR Code to scan, we would then be able to update where the bikes are within the school. Of course we also presented on the implementation of online payments such as G-Cash as it allows students from far away to pay their fare.
End of the Presentation
After the end of the presentation, our panelist complimented on the straightforward and charismatic way of presentation However they also commented that It was too straightforward and it lacked more in depth explanation even if the business was simple to understand but in the end they could see what the business was about and its goal.

After everything, the team was finally able to create a better business model from the past one and we were able to learn many things during the Final Pitching and also the mistakes I had made during the presentation.
It seems I had skills in marketing, as one of the panelist had asked If I wanted to shift into entrepreneurship. I declined as I think being an IT student is something I want as a goal as it allows me to learn various things in this digitalized world and I will not lie that shifting in to a more business oriented course interests me as even I like to earn a steady income for a stable lifestyle. Even then, in the future I will learn entrepreneurship along with learning IT skills to create a business that allows me to use both of those skills by utilizing the courses during my senior years as a student of the college of Information Science and Computing.
